With over 180 years of providing security products, Yale has recently introduced a range of electronic locks to fit most door types and security requirements.
Electromagnetic locks are ideal for use in many access control applications, particularly for timber, glass, and fire-rated doors. Included in the range are a recessed (morticed) option, as well as the ever-popular surface-mounted options, for both indoor and outdoor applications. With holding force capabilities from 135 kg up to 540 kg, Yale maglocks provide the security you need to protect from garden gates to storerooms, and even commercial properties.
Features:
To supplement these mag locks, the new electric lock range includes an electric drop bolt. This is a flush-mounted (morticed) electromechanical locking mechanism featuring a solenoid driven deadbolt used for bespoke applications where electric strikes and electromagnetic locks cannot be used, such as double-action 180° swing through, or sliding doors. Optional brackets are also available which allow the drop bolt to be fitted to single or double-leaf frameless glass doors.
