How do I set the PIN code on my Motorised Safe?
To set the code successfully, press the ‘Tick’ key and ‘3’ simultaneously. It is easiest to first press and hold down the ‘Tick then press ‘3’ with your other hand. The ’SET CODE’ message will appear on the LCD screen, and you can go ahead and set the code in the normal manner.

This is a long serial number, which can be found underneath the ledge of the keypad on a white label. The format of the code is ‘POXXX…’ and there may additionally be a ‘JK’ code.

I have forgotten my PIN code
If you have forgotten your code, use the manual override key to open the safe and re-set the code, by pressing the ‘Tick’ key and ‘3’ simultaneously. Follow the ‘Set your code’ instructions to re-set your user code.
What happens if the batteries have run out and I cannot find my key?
There is a 9v battery terminal on the keypad, place the 9v battery onto the terminals then Enter the pin code or mastercode, you can then open the safe and change the batteries inside the safe.
The safe is not accepting my new code, what can I do?
Please make sure you are completing the set code procedure until it displays ‘good’, remembering that if you have opened the safe with the key you also have to lock it with the key, from then on using the code as usual.
I cannot lock my safe
Please remember that if you have opened the safe with the key, you also have to lock it with the key, from then on using the code as usual. If the safe has been opened by the electronic (code) method, that to lock the safe door, you need to press the ‘Tick’ and ‘key’ to electronically secure the safe.
