Yale Safe and Yale Accessories Warranty

1. Our warranty is applicable in Republic of Singapore only.

2. Yale Safe and Yale Accessories (e.g. Remote control, Module, RFID Card/ Sticker, Door viewer, etc.) is twelve (12) months warranty from the date of purchase (Carry in Warranty)

3. ASSA ABLOY Singapore will provide basic repair and /or parts replacement service without charge during the warranty period subjected to the following limitations and exclusion:

• Malfunctions or damage resulting natural disaster, fires, civil unrest and/or accidents.
• Defects cause by misuse, physical damage, abnormal operation or handling, negligence and/or any unauthorized tampering/alterations/repairs by any other than ASSA ABLOY Singapore.
• Battery leakage (even when the original battery is being used).

4. All exchanges are to be bought down to our office with original receipt. If needed, labour fee of S$70.00 is chargeable for on-site service (For small size safes / Remote control, Module, RFID Card/ Sticker, Door viewer, etc).
