Product discontinuation notice

ASSA ABLOY Japan Co., Ltd. would like to announce that it will end the supply of Yale branded Digital Door Locks and Wi-Fi bridges in Japan at the end of 2023. However, after January 1, 2024, ASSA ABLOY Japan Co., Ltd. will continue to Trade in Japan.

We will continue to provide support for Yale branded Digital Door Locks and Wi-Fi bridges in the same way as before, after-sales service as described in the product warranty and instruction manual.

The call centre number will remain the same as it is today.

We will respond sincerely so as not to cause any inconvenience to our customers.
