Troubleshooting

  • What happens if I lock my keys in the safe or lose my keys?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to create a duplicate without having the key physically available.

We therefore recommend that you DO NOT keep your key inside the safe itself.

  • Can I make duplicates of my key having the original?

Value and Guest safes have a tubular type key and copies cannot be made.
