You can put in a request to order replacement keys via the customer contact form. Please write in the number of your key e.g. for the model Y-MS, the key number can be found by removing the key cover plate and the code is either six digits, begins with a ‘J’ or a ‘G’. For the ‘Y-SV’ model of safe, there will be a three or four digit code (under the Yale cover plate).
The code may be found in several locations: For the model Y-MS, the key number can be found by removing the key cover plate and the code is either six digits or has the prefix ‘J’ or a ‘G’. For the ‘Y-SV’ model of safe, there will be a three or four digit code, stamped on to the cylinder (hidden under the yellow Yale cover plate).
