- Proof of purchase to be taken at the time of installation
- All the boxes should in its original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
- If the product is out of its original packing inform the customer that the visit will be chargeable irrespective of whether anything is missing or not working.
- The homeowner should be present during the installation.
- If the homeowner is not present at the time of installation, details of the person (name and ID) authorized to sign on the document and receive the master keys or codes
- The person who will sign the form, receive the keys, master code shall be over 18 years old
- ID of the person who will sign the sign-off documents shall be presented
- If the installation team require NOC letter from the building management, it shall be ready before the arrival of the installation team
- Max. waiting time for the installation team at the customer’s door – 15 minutes
- Copy of the ID (front & back) of the customer will be taken for the records
- Clear photos of the installation will be taken capturing all the views of the product
- Signature of the customer will be matched with his/her ID
- Copy of proof of purchase will be taken from the customer
- Payment will be collected through the POS machine. Customer should have a valid debit/credit card issued by UAE bank.
- Customer must have the app store or playstore password
- Customer should have strong 2.4 GHz wi-fi network at the site of installation
- Customer should have the Wi-Fi Password.
- There should be a power socket near to the door (maximum 2-3 meter)
